John Baizana – President
John joined the brokerage in 1991 and obtained his Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation in 2000. John is a Past-President of the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO). John was first elected by his fellow Ontario brokers to RIBO Council in November 2005 and was then re-elected to serve a second term in November 2008. On May 1, 2006 John was named a recipient of the Ottawa Business Journal’s 2006 Top Forty Under 40 . The tenth annual awards program honours individuals throughout the Ottawa business community that embody the region’s entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen, while at the same time balancing community and charitable involvement.
On October 22, 2010 John was named the 2010 Ontario Insurance Broker of the Year by the Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario. This award honours an individual for their business achievements as well as contribution to their community and industry. Most recently John was named the 2011 Businessman of the Year by the Greater Nepean Chamber of Commerce.
Alida Pagliarello Rose – Manager, Personal Lines
With over 25 years of industry experience Alida manages our Personal Lines Department. Alida is also a Past-President of the Ottawa Insurance Professionals Association. In October, 2011 Alida was named a finalist for the Customer Service Award by the Greater Nepean Chamber of Commerce.
Fiona Larkin-Lalonde – Commercial Lines Account Manager
Fiona joined the brokerage in 2003 and has obtained her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation.
Daniel Robidoux – Commercial Lines Account Manager (Group Plans Marketing)
Dan brings over 8 years of insurance industry experience as well as his previous 15 years experience as a successful business owner. Dan is working towards obtaining his Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation.
Crystal Morin – Commercial Lines Account Manager
Crystal joined the Baizana Insurance Brokers team in 2011. Crystal brings her 5 years of experience at an international brokerage to our commercial lines department.
Lynn Alder – Personal Lines Account Manager
Lynn brings over 16 years of insurance industry experience to our Personal Lines Department. Lynn’s customer service abilities and rapport with clients are an asset to our brokerage.
Wendy Coniam – Personal Lines Account Manager
Wendy is the newest addition to the Baizana Insurance Brokers team. Wendy brings over 25 years of insurance industry experience to our Personal Lines Department.
Judi Gray – Personal Lines Account Manager
Judi joined the brokerage in 1995 and has over 45 years experience in the
insurance industry.
Andrea Kelly – Administrative Assistant
Andrea has recently joined our brokerage as an Administrative Assistant. Andrea is an essential part of the Baizana Insurance Brokers team.
Jack Baizana – Founder (Retired)
Jack founded Jack Baizana Insurance Brokers in 1981 after a 15 year career as an insurance agent. Jack is a Past-President of the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) as well as a Past-President of the Ottawa Insurance Brokers Association.
